It suits everything from toasted sandwiches and burgers to steaks, vegetables, eggs and pancakes, all in a brushed stainless steel body. Press or open flat Close the lid to press toasties and paninis, or fold the upper plate flat to open up as much as 1500cm² of cooking surface. In this BBQ mode you can cook mains and sides at the same time. One-touch presets and separate plate control Presets for Panini, Burger and Steak take the guesswork out of cooking. When you want full control, each plate has its own temperature setting, so one side can sear while the other cooks gently. Reversible ceramic plates The non-stick ceramic plates are ridged on one side and flat on the other. Use the ridges for grill marks, or the flat side for eggs, pancakes and flatbreads. Optional waffle plates, sold separately, can also be fitted. Adjustable height and tilt The upper plate adjusts in height and tilt, so thicker sandwiches aren’t squashed. The grill can also be angled so fat runs off into the removable drip tray. Easy to clean The plates and drip tray are removable and dishwasher safe, which makes cleaning up straightforward.
